The Most Iconic Movie Novated Leases of All Time
At Remunerator we love cars. A movie that can make a car the star is certainly going to be one of our favourites. We’ve summarised the most iconic cars to have graced the silver screen.
James Bond: Aston Martin DB5
One of the most iconic cars of all time, James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5. Fitted with MI6 Q Branch modifications such as Browning .30 calibre machine-guns, wheel-hub mounted tyre-slashers, and a passanger set ejection system; this ultimate crime fighting masterpiece struck fear in all those that crossed Bond (especially those with gold fingers).
The Dark Knight: Tumbler Batmobile
Though it may not be considered road worthy by Australian standards, if it’s good enough for Gotham, it’s good enough for Remunerator! Packed with deadly features including machine guns, a rocket launcher and a stealth mode.
Ferris Bueller’s Day Off: 1961 Ferrari 250GT SWB California Spider
Cameron Fyre, Buller’s best friend, memorably says “The 1961 Ferrari 250GT California. Less than a hundred were made. My father spent three years restoring this car. It is his love; it is his passion.” OIf we were pulling a sicky, we couldn’t recommend a better car to spenf the day driving around in.
Back to the Future: DeLorean DMC-12
Fancy a little time travel? Thanks to Marty McFly and Doc Brown, John DeLorean’s failed super car is now one of the most memorable movie cars (and time machines) in history.
Ghostbusters: 1959 Cadillac Miller Meteor Ecto-1
The converted Cadillac ambulance easily became one of the most iconic movie cars after it’s slight ghost busting modifications.
Mad Max: 1973 Ford Falcon XB GT Coupe ‘V8 Interceptor’
As one of Australia’s most important films, the Ford easily becomes one of Australia’s most important cars. We’re mad for it!
The Love Bug: Herbie
Featuring in many Disney movies, the lovable and cheeky Volkswagen Beetle is hard to fault. Herbie has a mind of his own that makes him a fierce contender in auto racing competitions!
The Fast and the Furious: Toyota Supra
The most significant car of ‘The Fast and The Furious franchise, the orange Toyota had the power to beat even the ultimate fast car, a Ferrari.
