Remunerator named Finalist in National Customer Service Excellence Award
Remunerator are proud to announce that they have been nominated as a Finalist in the Customer Service Excellence Award by the Customer Service Institute of Australia. Over the past 3 years, Remunerator has invested heavily in Systems and Processes to improve on its Service Delivery. This included approximately $10 million spent on Information Systems and a comprehensive Training and Development Program for our Team. This Investment included gaining ISO 10002 Certification that requires Annual Audits to ensure that not only did we comply with this Standard, but we continuously improved to meet and exceed the expectations of our Customers. This recognition, is confirmation to Remunerator that we are heading in the right direction.
