Christmas & New Year Office Closure
Remunerator’s operating hours for the months of December and January will be 8am-5.15pm Monday to Friday (AEST) except for the following days & times:
Monday, December 26th – Closed
Christmas Day Public Holiday
Tuesday, December 27th – Closed
Boxing Day Public Holiday
Monday, January 2nd – Closed
New Year’s Day Public Holiday
As a result of the Christmas & New Year’s public holidays and the subsequent disruption to bank processing, normal reimbursements and payments may be delayed up to 2 business days from the due date. We will endeavour to have all processing completed immediately upon return to minimise any further disruption and we sincerely appreciate your understanding during this time.
