Replacement NAB Cards

As an employer, we understand that your time is limited and therefore, we want to make things easier for you.

Do your employees come to you when their NAB Salary Packaging Card is lost, stolen, damaged or expired?

Do you find yourself having to explain the replacement process to them?

If you have answered yes to these questions, then let us help you.

We have put together some information to make things a little easier.

 

Lost/Stolen Cards

  • Contact the Customer Service Team at Remunerator on  1300 654 834 during business hours
  • After hours, contact the NAB on 1800 033 103 to place a block on the card
  • No additional cost with replacing a lost card
  • Card will be issued within 5-10 business days
  • Any existing balance will be transferred to the new card
  • Once reported as lost, the card cannot be reactivated
  • All replacement cards need to be organised through Remunerator

Damaged Cards

  • Contact the Customer Service Team at Remunerator on  1300 654 834 during business hours
  • No additional cost with replacing a damaged card
  • Card will be issued within 5-10 business days
  • Any existing balance will be transferred to the new card 

Expired Cards

  • Cards due to expire are automatically issued by the NAB approximately 1 month prior to expiry
  • If you have not received a replacement card, contact the Customer Service Team at Remunerator on 1300 654 834 during business hours
  • Any existing balance will be transferred to the new card

Note

  • The NAB is unable to issue cards to any area that is deemed a ‘theft prone’ area
  • If an employee lives in a ‘theft prone’ area, Remunerator will organise for the card to be delivered to the closest NAB branch
  • Remunerator will contact you when the card is ready to be picked up
